Frutto di una tecnologia messa a punto negli ultimi anni, FLEXI PHOTOSHOOTER consente di ottenere foto di altissima qualità sia dal punto di vista cromatico che come definizione dei dettagli strutturali. Grazie a queste caratteristiche le foto possono essere utilizzate in totale sostituzione dell’esame fisico diretto delle lastre, una possibilità che apre nuove prospettive nel business delle pietre ornamentali ed è alla base dei prodotti e dei servizi innovativi offerti da STONEIMAGE. La foto può essere fornita con scontornatura della lastra su sfondo dotato di righello metrico e logo aziendale, e le misure della lastra, ottenuta in automatico dal software di scatto.
Image quality
Our systems allow us to obtain extremely high-quality photos, both in terms of color and definition of structural details. Thanks to these features, the photos can be used as a complete replacement for direct physical examination of the slabs , a possibility that opens up new perspectives in the ornamental stone business and is the basis of the innovative products and services offered by STONEIMAGE. The photos can be supplied with a cutout of the slab on a background featuring a metric ruler and company logo, and the slab’s measurements , obtained automatically by the shooting software.
Accuracy of Reproductions
One of the key features of our technology is the ability to produce photos in which the dimensions of the photographed sheet are identical to those of the actual sheet (tolerance +/- 1 mm): this allows us to use the photos to directly design the sheet cutting in CAD . Furthermore, the system does not require modifications based on the sheet color, and the camera settings are performed only once during installation.

Vertical slab installations
For companies that don’t have a polishing line and specialize in plate sales or cut-to-size, the FLEXI PHOTOSHOOTER – VERTICAL version may be preferable, which photographs the plates in a vertical position, placed on an easel. This is also an ideal solution for those who only need to photograph the first plate of a pastel/bundle.
Horizontal slab installations
The FLEXI PHOTOSHOOTER – HORIZONTAL version is the classic horizontal plate installation designed for processing companies. It can be installed along the polishing line, on the inspection or unloader roller conveyor, or as a stand-alone unit served by a loader and unloader.
Easy to use
All our installations are extremely easy to use. Our technology allows us to photograph any stone material without having to change the shooting settings. The photo can be acquired automatically as the slab passes through or taken by an operator simply by touching a button on the control panel.

Cutout and personalized photos
Thanks to software developed by us, the FLEXI photographic system automatically crops the plates and places them on a background equipped with metric rulers and a company logo, allowing them to be used immediately for marketing the plate.
